Marketing Coordinator

Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in optimizing and maintaining marketing automation best practices as well as contributing to marketing inbound conversion strategy. This individual will also be responsible for analytics tracking and campaign reporting.


  • Manage Hubspot marketing automation and contribute to marketing inbound conversion strategy
  • Build & maintain marketing automation workflows with best practices in mind
  • Architect email nurture programs that convert leads into qualified opportunities
  • Own marketing campaign reporting, integrations, and campaign strategy in Hubspot
  • Track and report conversion analytics from all marketing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively to achieve revenue & client growth objectives


  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Data-driven & detail oriented individual
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools like Hubspot
  • Strong written communication with audience adaptation skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, data-driven, results-minded, team oriented
