Channel Marketing Manager

Role Description

The Channels Marketing Manager, armed with 4-6 years of experience in the FinTech space, will develop channel-specific marketing strategies for the forthcoming year and will monitor each channel's performance, assessing each regularly for sales and revenue growth. This individual will have strong partner marketing expertise and will stay ahead of the latest digital trends.


  • Communicate channel campaign calendar internally, promote externally and measure ROI for each stage of the funnel through to booking
  • This role requires staying ahead of the curve and following the latest digital trends and searches, as well as the newest technologies, carry out competitor research to monitor emerging challenges in the market
  • Addressing problems with products or marketing materials reported by channel partners
  • Developing intermediary marketing collateral, including case studies and revenue reports
  • Support partner channel enablement with sales assets, monthly deal reviews, and leverage the internal marketing team to host digital co-marketing events 
  • Develop channel-specific marketing strategies for the forthcoming year
  • Manage a partner portfolio of at minimum 5, with intention to grow 
  • Supporting channel partners with communications materials such as collateral, decks and product training
  • Finding new channel partners, meeting with them, and negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring each channel's performance and assessing each regularly for sales and revenue growth
  • Creating reports for stakeholders to forecast future performance for each channel
  • This role includes creating marketing plans, staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, and coordinating campaigns within the marketing team and with department heads


  • 4-6 years experience in FinTech, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Partner marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and great time management. 
  • Highly organized & detail oriented individual
  • Strong written communication with audience adaptation skills
  • Above average moderator / recorded video speaker confidence and communication skills 
  • Creative, self-motivated and excited to be a part of a high performance team
  • Ability to see the big picture, build a team-oriented approach to problem solving and analyze the marketplace to ensure the Company remains competitive
